Yesterday's North Carolina vs. Stanford game at the “Maui Invitational” in Asheville, N.C. featured this insane technical foul called by Teddy Valentine, who's infamous for terrible calls... Really?!?

It's been the same way since I played in college buddy. You need to swing as to not hurt yourself, all good. Don't pull up on the rim like you're at the Rucker dumbass or you're going to catch a T.

He did it to regain his balance so he didnt fall on his back when he let go. Bad call. "a player isn't allowed to pull themselves up or hang on the rim after a dunk attempt unless that player is doing so to avoid injuring himself or another player. "
