Apparently Louisville Players Voted Against Playing In NIT After Receiving Invite
Jim Brown-USA TODAY Sports
Louisville has had a tough go as of late. The season started with all the drama surrounding former coach Rick Pitino and the NCAA investigation. Then on Sunday they found out they didn't make this year's tournament. They did, however, find out later they made the NIT Tournament, but according to Jeff Greer of the Courier Journal, the players decided they won't play...

“Louisville’s players are emotionally exhausted from a trying, tumultuous six months that culminated with the devastation of not being included in the NCAA Tournament in Sunday’s bracket reveal,” Greer reported.
The Cardinals ended the season with a 20-13 record, including 9-9 in the ACC.
