Having not watched the NBA in 25+ years, my first thought was, "Who is Dillon Brooks?"

He plays for the Canadian national team. There are at least 2 Thunder players on the Canadian national team (SGA and Lu Dort). He was there to support his friends.

He plays for the Suns, who the Thunder swept in Round 1. They swept the Lakers in Round 2.
