The San Francisco Giants player was pulled over around 2:25 AM on Friday morning in Scottsdale, Arizona after officers saw him speeding and swerving.

We all get that. Drinking an driving should never happen in this day of Uber and LYFT, however Maybin made a bad decision, got caught, and should have invoked his 5th.
