Missouri announced Friday that talented freshman defensive tackle Terry Beckner Jr. will undergo surgery soon to repair a torn ACL and MCL in his right knee and will miss the remainder of the season.
He suffered the injury on the first defensive snap against BYU last Saturday.
Beckner has recorded 27 tackles, three sacks, one pass breakup and a fumble recovery this season.
