Spring football game approaches; LSU tops UNO, 8-6

The LSU Football team returned to practice this past Monday, after taking a week off for Spring Break. The team practiced Monday and Tuesday, and will hold its final practice session of the spring on Thursday followed by the spring game at 5pm CT on Saturday in Tiger Stadium. In LSU Baseball news, the Tigers held off UNO and won 8-6 last night at Alex Box Stadium. Blake Dean homered in his third straight game, and the top-ranked Tigers staved off a late, ninth-inning rally by UNO to get the victory.
