The is reporting that former LSU quarterback Zach Mettenberger has agreed to a four-year contract with the Tennessee Titans.

Mettenberger becomes the third player from the team's six-player draft class to reach a deal with the team.

A sixth-round pick out of Louisiana State University, Mettenberger will receive base salaries of $420,000 in 2014, $510,000 in 2015, $600,000 in 2016 and $690,000 in 2017. His contract includes a signing bonus of $125,116.
Mettenberger participated in the Titans rookie minicamp at Saint Thomas Sports Park last weekend.

If Zach stays focused he's about to earn himself a fat second contract. He is this draft's sleeper. Dude could legitimately start by the end of the season.

If he stays healthy, will be at least a consistent back up in the NFL. He's got the measure abeles to be a starter under the right teacher/coach.
