I agree with his overall point that no matter what is asked of you, give 100% and get better each day. I think its a load of crap that no part is bigger than any other and the players know that.

Agree - condescending when you hear that as a player. Even in Pee Wee, we knew that wasn't true. Also, and not to be a downer but what I heard in that chat was 'stop standing around here on the sidelines doing nothing and get involved somewhere'
