I believe he can be as productive as White with bigger size but just a tad slower. Phillips is a beast and should be first team all SEC preseason and post season. Huge get from Tennessee and steal from Oklahoma, imagine how happy he is to be playing defense for a top defensive team. I just can't see him being drafted as high if he would have gone to Oklahoma. I think Phillips and Queen will be dynamic next year and the thought of Divinity and Chaisson on the edges should scare opponents.
