We all know TM7 and PP7 were the Diamond, Platinum and Gold standards of DBU. Now comes GD7 and who knows where he'll end up and please people don't sleep on Sting because with this kids upside he might end up better than them all. It's just DBU being DBU!

There won't be another honey badger, not to be discouraging, but if you saw him, you saw something never seen before or since. I've been going to games since the 70's and the 11 team is the hallmark.

but the 07 season was more entertaining. Much more up and down and glorious- beating Ohio State for the natty was sweet. Better than beating OU because the Ohio State lost two years in a row to the SEC....still smile about that.

We need a young buck to show himself this year so we'll have a stud in the backfield once Delpit goes pro.

If Delpit can do what TM did in 2011, this team will be more than dangerous. He was pretty close it to last year. Is it August yet? Geaux Tigers.

I hope so. But I dont know if that season could ever be duplicated by another player. He got robbed on the Heisman

Delpit wont be able to match the specials team play of TM. But defensively he can.

GD7 is greatnesses without a doubt but like another poster said TM7 will never be duplicated the way he affected the game. GD7 affects the game in a major way as well but the strip sacks, ripping the ball out of ball carriers hands, the return game, man coverage (when he got that pick against Florida in straight man coverage -no help) I don’t think we will ever see something like him again. Hope I’m wrong but don’t think so...
