I think Max could counsel Myles at this point. He will be LSU's starting QB in the opener vs UCLA

At what point did Max outplay Myles? If anything they were about even, and if that stay that way Brennan will get the nod. It's a simple equation if Brennan starts Johnson stays as backup if Max starts Myles transfer. Coach O knows programs like LSU can't afford to lose Sr. talent, if Johnson starts than Nussmeier is our freshman backup and I don't think anyone is comfortable with that.
