Biggest thing I am noticing is the possibility that the entire staff was frustrated with the way the team was being managed. it is evident by his numerous comments based on pulling the coaches together in the decision making process. Unified staff = unified team. Kinda sad really that it took a coaching change for coaches to get on the same page.
