The SEC league office announced Monday that Texas A&M has been fined $50,000 after fans stormed the field following the 74-72 win against LSU on Saturday night.

The SEC also announced said that they will remain in contact with both schools regarding the postgame altercation where LSU assistant coach Steve Kragthorpe was punched by Jimbo Fisher's nephew, Cole Fisher.

Kragthorpe talked about the incident on Sunday.

In Summary: We are going to get our money from A&M and then remain in contact long enough for you to forget about the assault and bumbling referees because we only care about the money.

LSU absolutely the game multiple times before overtime ever even started! It’s hard to celebrate a true win against totally pathetic cheating refs!

So, more SEC crap. We were fined 100k for rushing field v. Georgia, but A&M is fined 50k for same thing?

That was their first violation. It was LSU's second. Go read the rules.

bs... we didn’t rush the field for SLU, La Tech, or Ole Miss. those were the only 3 home games before UGA.

A95, guess you missed the Ole Miss game a few years ago. It's not a 1 season deal.
