The 2016 Preseason Media Days All-Sec Team were announced and LSU had 10 selections. Per LSUSports.net:

BATON ROUGE – LSU placed 10 players on the 2016 Preseason Media Days All-Southeastern Conference Teams, the SEC office announced Friday.

LSU’s 10 players were the second-most of any team, only behind Alabama’s 12 selections. Tennessee placed nine players on the All-SEC teams.

Running back Leonard Fournette, center Ethan Pocic, linebacker Kendell Beckwith, and cornerback Tre'Davious White were chosen to the All-SEC First Team.

Wide receiver Malachi Dupre, offensive guard William Clapp, defensive tackle Davon Godchaux and safety Jamal Adams were named to the Second Team.

Quarterback Brandon Harris and outside linebacker Arden Key were named to the Third Team

I think Dural's injury might have prevented him from making it. Don't know for sure however. I just don't see any other reason. Jamal Adams on second team baffles me as well. He'll probably be the first Safety of the board on draft day. You don't find a guy that can cover like a corner and hit like a linebacker to often.
