Tallahassee Writer: If Jimbo Fisher Wants To Leave FSU, Don't Beg & Let Him Go

LSU is the #4 rated Football program since 2000 (16 years). Florida State is #6. Both are good programs but to say Florida State is a better program is simply incorrect. LSU also rates higher on Forbes list of most valuable college football teams. LSU plays is a better conference and a better recruiting situation than Florida State. LSU pays its' Assistant Coaches substantialy better than Florida State and has a larger fan base than Florida State. LSU's facilities areat the very top of College Football and still being improved. LSU has a larger stadium and outdraws Florida State in attendance. Not saying Florida State isn't a great program. It is. However, to have attempt to portray LSU as a downgrade is ridiculous.

He does not offer that much. He rode Winston all he could, now a team w 3 losses in the ACC ..LSU better open its eyes.

FSU is not a better program than LSU. Not by quite a bit.. Put FSU in the SEC and theyre year in and year out the 4-5-6 best team. But Fisher has maybe run out of mojo in Tally. Let him move on.

Follow up. We had to watch FSU play crap for twenty years while it built it's program. It's played two teams a year, Miami and Florida and routinely lost to them with wide right field goals.
