Somehow, the Tigers lost the turnover battle 4-1 against Ole Miss and still escaped with easily their most impressive win of the season. Credit John Chavis' defense and Jeff Grimes' offensive line for their considerable improvements, which were evident as LSU rallied in the fourth quarter to hand the Rebels their first loss.
