ESPN released updated SEC Bowl predictions after the completion of week 5 and still has LSU playing in the AutoZone Liberty Bowl in Memphis, TN on December 30th at 11am CT.

Considering we fired our coach mid season, any bowl appearance would be a blessing this season.

No team above LSU has a more talented roster other than Bama. Why are they counting us out? Just seemes a bit like they are hating on us.

They've always hated on us. Bama is the only team in the SEC that gets any love. That's why we lose two close games and out of the top 25, but FSU gets blown out twice and are still in. It's been like that for quite sometime. The SEC is southern teams and the powers are tired of seeing them win everything. Remember when USC was always ranked #1 and weren't playing anyone strong? It wasn't until they started losing to the soft teams they played that they started to become irrelevant. That's why, for the most part. They keep the teams they want to win safe from the SEC top teams. That's why Harbaugh talks so much. He knows he probably won't face any SEC opponents.
