Matt Zenitz of 247 Sports reports that LSU is hiring Baylor Associate AD Keava Soil-Cormier in an NIL-related role within the Athletic Department.
Soil-Cormier was Associate AD for NIL Administration and Pro Relations at Baylor last season. She worked directly with "Baylor's NIL unit on all elements NIL-related, including player relations, and served as the program's NIL liaison."
Soil-Cormier worked at LSU for seven seasons in a recruiting role before her time at Baylor.
The Lafayette, La. native earned her bachelor’s degree from LSU in 2011 and her Juris Doctorate from LSU Law School in 2014.
