Bruce Feldman with The Athletic is reporting that LSU Assistant Director of Player Personnel Jeremy Hawkins is leaving the staff in Baton Rouge to be the defensive line coach at Mercer.


Hawkins is from Americus, Ga and played football at Troy. He was an analyst at UAB before joining LSU's staff last offseason.
