As many already know, LSU Basketball player Wayde Sims was tragically shot and killed early Friday morning at the age of 20.

Many from the LSU family, along with the Basketball community offered up thought and prayers on social media on Friday, while the Unversity honored him around campus this afternoon.

On Friday night, captains of the University High Football team, where Sims attend high school, brought his No. 44 U-High Jersey out the midfield before Friday nights game.

This is just tragic. I sincerely feel terrible for anyone who knew Sims, his family especially. Sorry for your loss.
