Chicago Cubs first baseman and World Series Champion Anthony Rizzo stopped by campus on Thursday while he was in Baton Rouge and snapped a picture with head coach Ed Orgeron.
The Fort Lauderdale, FL native is no stranger to Baton Rouge as he has been swinging Marucci bats, which are made in the area, for the last eight years.
There is also a very good chance that LSU fans have spotted Rizzo on the sideline in Tiger Stadium on a Saturday night taking in a game.
