Talking at his press conference on Monday, Kentucky head coach Mark Stoops says that he expects a phyical game at LSU on Saturday. Here is some of what he had to say about the upcoming matchup per

“Typical LSU team. Extremely physical, well coached team. We will have our hands full,” Stoops said. “They run the ball extremely well. They are extremely physical. Big backs, very physical.”

“They keep you off balance. They can run the ball a lot of different ways. Not just about brute and brawn. They are physical, but they know what they are doing,” Stoops said.

“They are just very physical. I am sure coach Miles prides himself on that. They are inexperienced at certain positions, but very talented. They are extremely talented in the secondary. I just have great appreciation for the way they cover people. They are big, long and athletic. They are just good across the board.

“They are not going to give you anything. You have to earn it, have to beat them. They always play hard.”

As predicted, he didn't have a single comment about the passing game.

I started humming an Olivia Newton John song half way through the article.
