LSU wide receiver Malachi Dupre met with the media on Tuesday and said that he remains undecided about the NFL Draft and whether or not he will return to the team for his senior year.

A report surfaced last week from Tony Pauline on DraftAnalyst.com. that Dupre was leaning towards entering the draft, but he said it's not true.

Let's just remember, darius Hayward Bey went in the first round. Malachi could be a second or third guy with a good combine...bey was the fastest player in the draft though

If he is a definite higher than 3rd round he should go, otherwise he should return and work on getting his draft stock up to rounds 1-2 and get paid real $

He has the potential to become a first rounder if he stays another year but right now not even in the first 3 rounds. Canada can help him a lot.

He really needs to stay and try to prove he can be THE guy. He hasn't been, but he can be. He needs to prove that. At this point, it wouldn't be a shock if he went anywhere from 4/5 with a good combine to undrafted based on actual production results. By staying, there's no telling where he could end up. But there's risk - he could not establish himself and fall even further. IF he wants to bet on himself, he needs to come back.

he had a heck of a lot of promise coming out of high school and this year would be his last chance to parlay that into a serious NFL contract. I sure hope he stays and is able to develop into the star that I think he is. Whatever he choses, I do appreciate him being a tiger.

I would hate to lose an experienced player, but I also think there is a lot of talent (that might be more talented than him) waiting in the wings that might be getting impatient.

Think long and hard about it. This is an important decision. Don't drop the ball on this one.

6th or 7th at best, he should stay and try to improve his stock with a monster year in 2017.

doubt he would get cut well im 50/50 on that but i sure hope he wouldnt. he needs to improve no matter what his decision is. nfl stands for not for long so by his production what i saw this yr and nfl players alot of them that enter do not stay for long. id say stay another yr, improve his skills and earn his degree

MD should stay his Senior year and fine tune his craft. It will pay huge dividends in the long run. No matter what, I am pulling for him.

I'll say it again. He would be losing a lot of money entering the draft on what is essentially just his physical potential. Right now, he's a late 4th rounder, possibly 5th, but with a year of development and a good statistical showing, he could really shoot up the board. He's got it all, but just hasn't shown it well enough. He needs to lose the drops. Teams see that and run for the hills, not having any real way of knowing whether or not he's cured himself of them. Pull a LaFell and prove himself and he has the talent to crack the first round.

he only had what on the low end of 400 yards this season. i hadnt checked but he had focus problems this yr. he has unbelievable ability. i agree with ya, he should stay another yr i think he is 6th round or 7th at best from his production this yr. hope he makes the right decision and canada can do some amazing things for an offense

All valid points Blueboy. I hope he returns also. I get sick of these "reports" that turn out to be false. Reporters are like weathermen: No accountability. I enjoy keeping up with what's going on with the Tigers, but when the information is not accurate, I've just wasted my time. What's the point?

You're delusional. He probably wouldn't make an NFL roster. He can't catch, and he's soft.
