Head coach Ed Orgeron met with the media after practice on Thursday and announced that offensive lineman Adrian Magee will return for Saturday's game vs. Ole Miss.

Magee, who began the season as LSU's starting right tackle, suffered a leg injury in the season opener vs. Miami and has been out ever since. Orgeron expects him to move over into the left tackle position now that Austin Deculus has settled in at right tackle.

Saahdiq Charles, who serves as LSU's starting left tackle when healthy, is currently questionable for Saturday's game, according to Orgeron.

Yes! We need this line to gel this week before we hit the meat of the schedule.

Im very optistic about the O line. Hines is impressive. If we get Brumfield back couple weeks. We will have solid 3 guards playing a lot and 3 solid tackles. With couple other servicable lineman. Injuries are not good but it’s allowing PT for quality youngins

Absolutely... Cush has been the only constant at C. But we’ve had sufficient duty and great experience gained by Brumfield, Lewis, Hines at OG, and Charles, Magee, Deculus at OT. Traore has some skin in the game now also. Wire, Savage, Campbell, and Smith waiting in the wings. The cupboard is not bare, and the experience from this “shaken-but-not-stirred” line that got us to 4-0 will pay dividends down the line.
