To no surprise, LSU fell far to No. 10 in ESPN's updated SEC Week 5 power rankings after Saturday's embarrassing loss to Troy on 24-21. The Tigers were No. 5 in the power rankings last week.

Here's Sam Khan Jr.Alex Scarborough had to say about LSU.
quote:

10. LSU (3-2): Time to panic. Not only did the Tigers lose at home to Sun Belt foe Troy, they got dominated, trailing 24-7 in the fourth quarter before ultimately losing 24-21, breaking a 49-game home nonconference winning streak. They haven't looked good in three weeks and don't really have a signature win to hang their hat on. Tons of questions loom for Ed Orgeron's team heading into a crucial clash with Florida.
Complete Rankings:
1. Alabama (5-0)
2. Georgia (5-0)
3. Auburn (4-1)
4. Texas A&M (4-1)
5. Florida (3-1)
6. Mississippi State (3-2)
7. Kentucky (4-1)
8. Vanderbilt (3-2)
9. Arkansas (2-2)
10. LSU (3-2)
11. Tennessee (3-20
12. South Carolina (3-2)
13. Ole Miss (2-2)
14. Missouri (1-3)
