How about that second team OL? Man they looked good especially in run blocking, and somewhat in pass blocking as well bring how they are so damn new. Deculus is one big man. I don't think the second team D looks weak they just weren't playing hard. The defense as a whole wasn't playing hard IMO. Not like last week. This offense isn't any better than BYU and I would say slightly worse so we could have really come with it but that didn't happen the entire game. When we get Key, Lawrence, and Herron back this team will be dynamic, they already are without him. Didn't really even notice he was out. Canada and Aranda have to to get sophisticated with their schemes at this point. It sure would be nice to have our big 6'3" 350 lb NT this year, can't stand the NCAA. Dude worked his arse off to make the team and help out this year just to have them deny him, freakn sucks. I bet if it were Bama or Auburn he would have made it right through in a day or two. I think the defense can force more fumbles on sack plays and run plays. Our DBs need to take notes from Greedy. No way I'm taking him off the field. I also don't know if I would play Alexander at MLB, I might sub all 3 of those guys and put Alexander out there on 3rd and long. Kicking game has to take a giant step up!! Penalties HAVE to be fixed. I would like to see more physicality out of our OL and DL along with our MLBs. Those guys need to be in there blowing plays up in the backfield attacking the LOS. This was one helleva game though. 80% of it looked totally prepared. Just have to shore up some things to be perfect as we can be. GT

The kicking game is the squeaking wheel on this team. It has to be fixed.

Greedy Williams looks like the next NFL cb for the Tigers! Great win, but this kicker situation is ridiculous! I hope O has open tryouts this week for walk ons. Culp looks to be more accurate, but his distance may be questionable. Gamble is too inconsistent on kickoffs, and Gonsoulin pushes everything to the right. We must fix this or it will cost us in SEC play. Also, the backups on defense didn't look very good and you could see Aranda on the sideline was pissed as well. Heads are gonna roll in practice this week. Chark is a game changer. Etling needs to put a little more on his deep ball. Receivers are very talented. Guice, Williams, and Brosette are studs. We've got a very good, young team that can go a long way with a little coaching up, which I'm sure they'll get. All in all, a dominant performance! Geaux Tigers!
