LSU head coach Les Miles was on the SEC Coaches Teleconference Wednesday morning and the popular subject was the quarterback position.

Coach Miles reiterated that sophomore Brandon Harris will start for LSU in the season opener against McNeese State on Saturday and said that Harris has taken 1st snaps in every practice this fall.

The Cowboys signal caller Daniel Sams, who is a dual-threat transfer QB from Kansas State has a strong arm and good accuracy, according to Miles.
