During his press conference after practice on Wednesday, LSU head coach Les Mies provided some more updates on sophomore defensive ends Sione Teuhema and Deonde Clark who did not dress out for the Tiger season opener last Saturday.

According to Miles, both players practice Wednesday and will travel to Starkville Saturday night if they make the travel squad.

Speaking to the media Tuesday, Miles said that the reason Teuhema and Clark did not dress out last Saturday was "performance based."

LSU plays Mississippi State in Starkville, MS on Saturday at 8:15pm CT.

This is coach orgeron installing a standard. If they don't meet it there's discipline. I think this is just coach miles backing up coach O

I bet they were pouting because they did not get the starting nod. In good ole les called them out on it to deliver a message. If so, I love it
