Former LSU defensive lineman Michael Brockers has signed a three-year contract extension with the Los Angeles Rams, keeping him with the team through the 2019 season. Per TheRams.com:

“Retaining Michael was a priority for our organization,” Rams Head Coach Jeff Fisher said. “Our defensive front has always been important to us, and Michael has been a significant part in what we do on that side of the football since we drafted him. We’re excited that he is going to continue his career with us here in Los Angeles.”

Brockers, a native of Houston, Tx, played at LSU from 2009-2011. He was selected by the Rams in the first round (14th-overall) of the 2012 NFL Draft.

Sure wish you would of stayed another year but I understand and you were one of the ones that was ready for the league but boy it would have been nice for you to stay another year with us. Congrats
