Flashback Friday: Punt Return TD's From Eddie Kennison & Chad Jones vs. MSU

Hawthorne's call of the Jones PR is picture perfect, IMO. The Kennison one is hilarious. "OHH he fielded it and stepped in the endzone...or did he?" Why yes. Yes, Jim, it appears he did. A bunch of times, in fact. It's pretty unmistakable that he indeed did step in the endzone. Great memories.

I had just moved to Florida and was listening to the Kennison PR on the radio in our car. Had this wild image of what had just happened in my head but still had no clue. Super exciting, and it wasn't until years later that I was actually able to find the video of the play.

That Kennison return could have been in the same company as the Xavier Carter kickoff kneel on the 1, but turned out amazing.
