LSU head coach Ed Orgeron said that running back Derrius Guice will not practice on Monday as he is dealing with a minor injury from the Mississippi State game.

Orgeron said that he does expect Guice to be fine for Saturday's game vs. Syracuse.

Guice had 17 carries for 76 yards vs. Mississippi State last week.

This, my friends, is how you deal with making a statement like that insinuates you don't know why a player wasn't playing or that you didn't even realize he wasn't playing. You come out a couple days later and refer to them as having a "minor injury" but assure everyone he will be ready to play in 6 days....
