Ed Orgeron spoke to the media after practice on Thursday and said that LSU cornerback Derek Stingley Jr. should be healthy and good to go for the Vanderbilt game on Saturday.

Stingley Jr. missed the season opener vs. Mississippi State after he was hospitalized with an unknown illness.
