Ed Orgeron spoke to the media after practice on Thursday and said that LSU cornerback Derek Stingley Jr. should be healthy and good to go for the Vanderbilt game on Saturday.

Stingley Jr. missed the season opener vs. Mississippi State after he was hospitalized with an unknown illness.

Kickoff between LSU and Vanderbilt is set for 6:30 p.m. CT on the SEC Network.

"As far as I know." If the head coach hasn't inquired on the expected status of his best player 2 days before the game, he might be a little too hands-off.
