LSU sophomore safety Grant Delpit who suffered a broken left collarbone in the Spring Game will be out for a month but is expected to be back working out with the team over the summer.

Delpit had surgery on his collarbone back on April 23rd.

I suffered a severe clavicle fracture 2011. Takes at lest 8 month to fully heal. Mr. Delpit is young and the surgery takes 6 to 7 hours to perform in which a red is implanted in place of the clavicle
