It appears LSU will hold on to new passing game coordinator and wide receiver coach Cortez Hankton.

Last week, the Los Angeles Rams requested permission to interview Hankton for their open offensive coordinator position but they are expected to hire Kentucky offensive coordinator Liam Coen for the job, according to NFL reporter Albert Breer.

Hankton, a native of New Orleans, just joined Brian Kelly's new staff in January after spending the last four years at Georgia.
