During the SEC Coaches Teleconference on Wednesday, Brian Kelly spoke about LSU safety Greg Brooks Jr., who is battling a rare form of brain cancer called medulloblastoma.

Brooks Jr. was transferred to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis last week and has another surgery scheduled.

The Greg Brooks Jr. Victory Fund established last week by LSU has already raised "well over six figures," Kelly said Wednesday.

Outta curiousity for those who have dealt with this before. How much in expenses won't be covered by insurance for him? I imagine LSU gives great insurance to their injury prone football players

Those insurances usually cover football relate injuries. Broken bone, knee blow out, etc.
