Former LSU quarterback Anthony Jennings has officially transferred to ULL and will play for the Ragin' Cajuns in the 2016 season, according to a release from the school.

Jennings, who will have one season of eligibility remaining, played in 24 games with 13 starts in three seasons at LSU. During his career, Jennings posted a 9-4 record as a starting quarterback with four fourth-quarter comebacks.

"We are excited about Anthony joining our program and competing for the starting quarterback position this fall," Hudspeth said. "He has been a starting quarterback in the SEC and he led his team to nine wins. Being a senior, he will bring a wealth of experience to the position."
