Well it sure does seem our QBs for the past few years cant even do that consistently.

He's sooooo much more than just a solid prospect. This guy will be the number 1 QB in the country by the time he graduates high school. LSU better keep this guy close because he gonna get a whole lot more offers before its said and done. Glad Les and Cam got to this kid early. He's gonna make LSU a legitimate threat. He's THAT good!

It's been kinda of a double edge sword for LSU for a few years now. Elite QBs don't come to LSU because it is perceived that we only run the ball. But in actuality, the only reason we run the ball so much is for lack of an elite QB. When LSU had good QB play, we passed just as much as we ran. We threw the ball plenty when Russel and Flynn were there.
