LSU is expected to target Kentucky wide receiver Barion Brown in the transfer portal, according to multiple reports.

Brown, a 6-1, 182-pound junior from Nashville, Tenn., has played in 37 games at Kentucky with 27 starts. He caught 29 passes for 361 yards and three touchdowns this past season.

Brown also excels in the kickoff return game and holds the SEC record for most kickoff return touchdowns in a career (5). Per Recruits.LSU:

Brown is originally from Nashville, TN and was a 4?? recruit and Top-100 prospect coming out of high school.

Brown has a ton of quickness and is a game breaker with the ball in his hands, especially after the catch. Would certainly slide into the vacated WR spot left by the departure of CJ Daniels.

With him now officially in the portal, wouldn’t surprise to see some movement sooner than later.

Good choice and good replacement for Daniels. He'd have done a lot better if Vandagriff didn't suck so hard.
