Four-star dual threat quarterback Lowell Narcisse from Saint James, LA (St. James HS) has set an announcement date of Monday, July 27th at 5pm.

Narcisse, a 6-3, 200-pound prospect from St. James HS, is rated as the No. 3 dual-threat quarterback in the country and the No. 5 player from the state of Louisiana for the class of 2017, according to 247Sports.
