Really hope this new staff puts an emphases on smart players with athletic ability as well. Smart in the classroom is great but really what I mean is field smarts like Adams, TM, Patrick Peterson, and White. I think Phillips is another one of those guys but I think recruiting a team full of these type players, that have a natural drive to be great.

Is what will bring LSU back up to a championship level again. No questions asked especially with this staff we now have. Future looks pretty damn solid if you ask me, I really don't know what people are thinking about that say we are in some type of trouble.

The kids who told twitter how many offers they now have will be the first ones to commit and decommit somewhere.

"Blessed to receive my 40th offer from Louisiana State University! " - CB Jaycee Horn He's a three star with 40 offers??? Without seeing his highlights and based on the number of offers alone, he should be a 4 star. I know it's early in the process and that will likely change though.

Did someone instruct them to use the "blessed to receive an offer" line?
