Multiple sources are reporting that LSU head coach Les Miles and offensive coordinator Cam Cameron will be making an in-home visit with former LSU QB commit Feleipe Franks who is now verbally committed to Florida.

Franks has made many visits to Florida during October and November and announced his decommitment from LSU last week when speculation about Les Miles' job began to heat up.

Some believe that LSU is still in the mix for Franks now that five-star Georgia quarterback commit Jacob Eason plans to visit Florida with the recent firing of head coach Mark Richt.

I do not get the chips all in bum rush for Franks ?? We may have our QB now
On scholarship, I mean who knows for sure we don't ?? Yes I have watched the
two used over the previous seasons, but most posters like myself think Les is
in the "affect" with the plays. Cam can do this (coaching/play calling) I'm sure
1.5 mill sure. McMillan,Etling..Harris, just manage the plays and get the ball to the play makers. Simple sounds that way.

Cam should stay. Simply because any replacement Les would hire would be worse. Far worse.

Keeping Cam to get Franks is like keeping AIDS to get a bottle of Robitussin.

I'm more concerned that Cam is Franks' deal breaker.

What competition is Franks scared of? He has much more competition in Florida.

I know this won't be a popular opinion, and Lord knows we're desperate for a QB, but the the fact that Franks is scared by a little competition is concerning.

Cameron needs to be gone. His job should not depend on landing Franks.

To me, this is a pretty clear indication that Cam is staying. The more things change, the more they remain the same. Expect more of the same for 2016.

Why not visit Eason instead?

Does this mean Miles is letting go of the offense and will let Cam run the show?
