Four-star edge rusher Jaxon Howard from New Hope, MN (Robbinsdale Cooper) announced his commitment to LSU this week.

Howard is LSU's seventh commitment for the class of 2023. He chose the Tigers over Miami, Michigan, and Minnesota.

Coach Kelly has presented himself as a man with a clear vision, and a process. In this process it's clear that he is rebuilding a culture of everything across the board. I don't think he's wasting time but I do believe that it takes time and patience to be selective in getting the correct personnel from staff to players on board. This is a win. I'm happy, let's celebrate each step of the process as it leads to larger victories. Geaux Tigers!
