Top JUCO Recruit Alius Mayo Sets Commitment Date With Three SEC Schools In His Top 5

Junior college defensive back Alius Mayo revealed that he will announce his college commitment on August 2, with LSU among his five finalists.

Mayo's top five schools are Alabama, LSU, Mississippi State, Cal, and Arizona State.

The Stockton, California, native played at Modesto Junior College last season, recording 30 total tackles, five interceptions, and five pass breakups. He is rated as the No. 1 overall junior college prospect in the country.
