Did this make it onto sportscenter's top 10 plays?

Obviously, Kramer should have let Josh have it. I love Kramer and his athletic ability, but no need to make that play when Josh was in better position. However, our last shortstop Mr. Bregman did things like that all the time. Just ask Raph Rhymes after Bregman almost knocked him out in left field that clearly was Rhymes call. It's just competitive juices flowing in the heat of battle. Kramer did say he didn't know Josh went into the stands, therefore he ran back to the dugout. Anyway, this is a non issue with the players. And it gave us a good highlight reel!

How do you know Smith 'had' it? I have never thought of Kramer as selfish.

Smith had the better position. Kramer shouldn't have called him off. Then he knocked Smith into the stands and just trots off holding the ball in his glove instead of checking on his team mate. Douche move. If Robertson didn't play for LSU I would really despise that guy.

Team sport, taking a ball that CLEARLY wasn't yours was just plain selfish, but not checking on your teammate after you not only jumped on his back so hard that you knocked him into the stands was as you stated just the biggest Douche move I have seen in a long time in baseball. I will bet that did not go un-notice by his teammates either.

A: Robertson was looking up not at Smith. B: Robertson is SS and captain of the infield. He has priority over any ball he chooses. C: Robertson knew he could make the catch and he called for it. D: He thought he'd landed on fans not Smith.

Am i the only one that thinks this play is way overrated? Smith has the play on the ball. Or is it that people are impressed by the Robertson move despite it being completely unnecessary?

I agree. Selfish play by Robertson. This should have been a routine pop out for Smith
