Brody Miller with The Athletic is reporting that LSU pitcher Rye Gunter has entered the NCAA Transfer Portal.

The sophomore from Coppell, Texas is the fifth player to enter the portal this offseason.

Umm yea if several players get an extra year of eligibility while also bringing in a full class of course this would happen. Not sure why people don’t get that
