Former LSU outfielder Greg Deichmann officially signed his professional contract with the Oakland Athletics for $1.7m (slot $1,597,300) over the weekend.

I blame TD admins for Deichmann's end of year slump. As soon as they anchored the "Will Deichmann hit 20 bombs thread" he stopped hitting home runs.
