Former Arizona pitcher Riley Cooper announced this week that he will be transferring to LSU. He is the third Arizona player to transfer from Arizona to LSU, following new coach Jay Johnson to Baton Rouge.

LSU is loaded and should be a heavy favorite to get back to Omaha. It just took a shot of new energy and a new approach to bring back the excitement.
