Throughout the Hurricanes athletics scandal and subsequent aftermath/NCAA investigation, Miami (FL) school president Donna Shalala hasn’t lost a shred of her school spirit. During a break from the NCAA infractions committee hearings on Thursday afternoon, Shalala was filmed throwing up a “U” for all the cameras to see.

POS raided the football program of all its funds like a typical liberal and the program is dead broke and she will not allow the alum to donate money to go directly to the football program. She knows how to spend the money better than they do.....
