Last week I showed you the skull damage done to Evangelista “Cyborg” Santos after he got a knee to the head at Belabor 158. Well, the Brazilian MMA fighter had surgery done to repair his noggin...
quote:

“I had surgery yesterday, and thank God everything went fine,” Santos told MMA Fighting before leaving the hospital on Thursday. “It lasted seven hours, and the hospital will give Bellator a full report later today. God guided the doctors in this surgery so everything went well.”

Man that skull image reminds me of the Mortal Kombat X Ray scenes when fighting. Brutal.

"God guided the doctors in this surgery so everything went well.” More like a welder.

I agree. But to be fair he didn't know he mashed his faced in half.

I personally don't think he should be acting that way after any KO or stoppage. But I'm a 40 year old white guy.

Saw this fight and the KO knee to the dome was sick by Michael Page. Shenanigans after the KO was completely classless and unnecessary.

The guy clearly had no idea the extent of the damage caused as Cyborg was face down the entire time. He saw Cyborg moving and just thought that he caught him really good (which he did). Then he had a pre-planned celebration to win a large majority of the fans over to draw him more money in the future. There is nothing wrong with what he did. Now, had he done that AFTER seeing his skull crushed then I could see the issue.
